How do I know if a sofa will fit through my door?

Every sofa listing shows the width, depth and height. Before ordering, measure your doorway, hallway, and any tight corners or stairwells the sofa needs to pass through. If in doubt, give us a call on 07841 328504 and we'll help you work it out. We'd rather spend 5 minutes on the phone than have you struggle on delivery day.

Can I see the fabric before I order?

Yes — we post free fabric samples to your door, usually next day. Order samples from any product page. Being able to see the material and colour in your own light before committing makes a real difference.

Are your sofas built to last?

Every sofa in our range comes with a 10-year frame guarantee. We only stock sofas with hardwood or hardwood-composite frames, the parts that matter for long-term durability. If a frame ever fails within 10 years of purchase, we'll repair or replace it.

How much is delivery?

Free across Lancashire and the North West. For addresses further afield in the UK, we'll quote you later — usually £85–£150 depending on distance. Also you can call us to quote before any payment on 07841328504.No hidden surcharges, and the price you see is the price you pay.

How long will delivery take?

Most sofas are in stock and delivered within 7 days across Lancashire. For made-to-order or custom fabric options, it's typically 3–4 weeks. Please call us in advance to find the nearest delivery date for your order on 07841328504.

Do you take away my old sofa?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer old sofa removal for £100 across Lancashire when you order a new one from us. We'll take the old one on the same visit as the delivery..

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All major UK debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. In the Blackburn showroom, we also accept cash and bank transfer.

What if I change my mind?

You've got 14 days from delivery to return it, no questions asked. Get in touch and we'll arrange collection. As long as the sofa is in the condition it arrived in, we'll refund you.

Question 9

What's covered by the 10-year frame guarantee?

Accepted Answer

The internal frame — the structural wood, joints, and reinforcements that hold the sofa together. If any part of the frame fails through normal domestic use within 10 years, we'll repair or replace it free. The guarantee doesn't cover accidental damage, misuse, or cosmetic wear on fabric or leather (though those are covered by our standard 12-month warranty).

Can I visit the showroom before ordering?

Please do — trying before buying is the best way to be sure. The showroom is at Unit 6 Elco Buildings, Montague Street, Blackburn BB2 1EH, open Monday to Friday 10:00–17:30. No appointment needed, and there's road parking available nearby.

Yes — just give us a call on 07841 328504 and we'll hold a sofa for up to 48 hours while you come in to see it. Pay by any method when you're happy with the choice.
